Welcome to Vocal Edge. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the purchase of voice coaching services provided by Kylie Wayne (“the Coach”). By booking a session or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Professional Services
The Coach provides executive voice coaching, public speaking consultation, and communication strategy.

Certification: Services are provided by a Certified Public Speaking Coach.

Scope: Coaching is an educational process and does not constitute medical treatment, speech-language pathology, or psychological counseling.

2. Booking and Payments

Payment: All session fees must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in a written corporate contract.

Currency: All transactions are processed in [USD/CAD].

Rates: Rates are subject to change; however, sessions already booked and paid for will be honored at the original price.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Your time is valuable, and so is mine. To maintain a professional schedule, the following policy applies to all clients:

48-Hour Rule: You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session to receive a refund or credit.

Late Cancellations: Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice, for any reason, are ineligible for a refund or reschedule. The session fee will be forfeited.

No-Shows: If you are more than 10 minutes late to a session without notice, the session will be cancelled and charged in full.

4. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during coaching—including custom exercises, worksheets, and proprietary methods—are the intellectual property of the Coach.

Limited License: Clients are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for their own professional development.

Restrictions: You may not record sessions, redistribute, or sell any materials provided by the Coach without express written consent.

5. Client Conduct
The Coach reserves the right to terminate a session or a coaching relationship immediately if a client’s behaviour is deemed unprofessional, disrespectful, or harassing. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the remaining sessions.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Coach is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the coaching services. While the Coach provides expert guidance, the client is responsible for their own progress and implementation of vocal techniques.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
